Request a return from the order you wish to return from your Order History. Our team will review and authorize a return where eligible.

Once approved for return, you will be provided with an RMA number and shipping tag. Please carefully package the items being returned with appropriate packing materials to ensure safe arrival and include a hard copy of the RMA form within the package.

Once packed, you may then ship the package back to us using the provided shipping tag.

Your refund or replacement will be applied upon receipt and inspection of your returned goods at one of our facilities.

Return Policy Conditions & Exclusions

Linxit offers a thirty (30) calendar day return policy. Calendar days are counted beginning on the day the courier tracking number verifies that a shipment has been delivered.

Returned items must be in new or like-new condition. Returned items that are determined to have been misused, damaged, or modified outside of their originally manufactured specifications are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two days from when tracking verifies a shipment has been delivered.

Returned items must be approved for return prior to shipment. Items returned to us without authorization are returned to sender at sender’s expense. Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable.

Refunds shall be processed and submitted back to the original form of payment.

Please allow 5-7 business days after a return has been confirmed as received for any refunds to appear on your account or 3-5 business days for exchanges to be processed and replacement items shipped out.
